Made to order, on dedicated lines.

This page is about the finished goods: mats, rugs, cleaning textiles, seat pads and sofa fabric. They are made to order in plants set up for exactly that work, one plant per range. Our plush and pile FABRIC is a separate operation with its own mill — that one is on the Source Mill page.

We do not publish which plant makes which line. What we show is the work itself: how the goods are made, what comes off the line, and what the sample rooms hold.

01 — The line

Knitting, tufting, weaving, finishing

Each range sits with a plant that does only that. Greige is knitted or woven in-house, then tufted, printed, backed, cut and hemmed on the same floor — nothing on this site is brokered through a trading company.

02 — Make-up and despatch

Cut, hemmed, checked, packed

Cutting and sewing is where size, shape and edge finish are set, and where most quality problems are either made or avoided. We check against the approved sample before anything is packed: size, weight, colour against the swatch, backing adhesion, stitching and carton counts.

What you can ask to see

Every range keeps a physical sample room. Tell us the construction, the weight and the colour family you are after and we pull it from these walls — swatches are free, and existing designs usually ship within a week.

04 — How an order runs

From enquiry to container

Enquiry

You send the item, the size, the quantity and the market. We come back with the price at your quantity, the real minimum and the lead time.

Samples

Existing designs ship as-is, usually within a week. Custom print, size or backing needs a pre-production sample; it is charged and credited against the order.

Production

Mats and rugs run 15–25 days at normal volumes; microfibre lots 20–30 days; sofa fabric depends on whether the base cloth is in stock. Peak season before Tet and Chinese New Year runs longer — book early.

Inspection

Checked against the approved sample before it leaves the plant, with photographs of the packed lot sent to you before despatch.

Packing

Polybag per piece and export carton by default, with your own label, insert card or barcode if you supply the artwork. Carton dimensions and loading quantities confirmed before booking.

Shipping

Ex-works China is the default. We consolidate ranges from more than one plant into a single shipment — that consolidation is usually the reason to buy through us.
