This page explains what happens to information when you visit plushadia.com or contact us. It is written in plain language and describes what the site actually does today.
Who we are
PLUSHADIA is a plush and pile fabric supplier operating from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The website is plushadia.com. What we collect
When you just browse. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs — IP address, date and time, the pages requested, the browser and operating system reported by your device. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
When you contact us. If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or Zalo we keep that conversation, along with anything you choose to put in it: your name, company, the address we ship swatches to, and what you are making. We use it to answer you and to fulfil your request.
If you create an account. The site runs on WooCommerce, so a customer account can be created. If you make one, WordPress stores the username, email address and any billing or shipping details you enter. We do not display prices on this site and we do not take payments through it, so no payment card details are ever collected here.
Cookies
The site sets only functional cookies:
- A language cookie, so the site remembers whether you are reading the English or the Vietnamese version.
- WooCommerce cart and session cookies, set only if you interact with the cart.
- WordPress login cookies, set only for people who log in to administer the site.
- Cache cookies used by the server to serve pages faster.
There are no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies on this site. We do not run Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or any similar tracker. If that changes, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Fonts and other third parties
Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to them for that request. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes the server logs described above on our behalf. Email and messaging go through the relevant mail and messaging providers. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for as long as our host retains them, typically a matter of weeks. Enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept while the commercial relationship is live and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records. Account data stays until the account is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@plushadia.com and we will deal with it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the language preference will not be remembered.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date below.
